Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use Tred.

A personal self-tracking tool for discipline and habits (resists, training, habits, and challenge presets like Tred 75). It records your own progress.

Tred is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, addiction-treatment, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. You use Tred at your own risk.

Tred and its “Tred 75” challenge are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Andy Frisella, MFCEO, or the owners of the “75 Hard” program. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Login is by email one-time code. Keep your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the app. You can export or delete it anytime. See the Privacy Policy.

With your permission, Tred reads Apple Health data to display your training load. This is optional and read-only, and you can revoke it any time in iOS Settings. These metrics, and any calorie or training-day targets, are general estimates shown for your information only — not medical, fitness, or nutritional advice.

• No unlawful use.
• Do not access others’ data or systems.
• Do not interfere with, reverse-engineer, or break the security of the app.
• Do not resell or commercially exploit it without permission.
• No objectionable, abusive, harassing, or hateful content or conduct toward other users.

Tred includes Arena, a private, invite-only social layer where you can set a display name, name squads and challenges, and invite friends. Anything you enter there is visible to the friends you connect with.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to submit or share content that is:

• Unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive;
• Sexually explicit or obscene;
• Impersonating another person, or
• Exposing someone else’s private or personal information.

You can report content and block other users from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content and/or remove the user responsible. We also filter names for profanity and personal contact details.

The app, its design, branding, and software are owned by us (excluding your content and third-party marks). You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Tred as intended.

Tred is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (including fitness for a purpose, accuracy, uptime, or no data loss), except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

You can stop using or delete Tred anytime; we may suspend or terminate access for breach or to protect the service or its users.

We may update the app and these terms; we will notify you of material changes, and continued use means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
